Description

You will manage and optimize the Seismic platform to support sales enablement and content delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Seismic features to meet specific sales team requirements.
• Refine workflows and optimize user experience for sales operations.
• Analyze current workflows to identify improvements and monitor impact.
• Organize content and use analytics to drive data-driven engagement recommendations.
• Support sales teams as the primary point of contact and provide training on best practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with Seismic or similar sales enablement platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Seismic features, including advanced search and content management.
• Experience with CRM integration capabilities, preferably with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools to assess content engagement and effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and content management strategies.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI integration.
• Experience in UX design or workflow optimization.
