Description

You will design and build automated testing frameworks using Selenium and Core Java, covering frontend, backend, and database layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Selenium WebDriver frameworks for frontend test automation.
• Implement backend API automation using Rest Assured or Karate.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for database testing against Oracle, DB2, or Snowflake using JDBC/JPA.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Manage test artifacts and workflows using JIRA and Microfocus ALM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Core Java and Selenium WebDriver.
• Hands-on expertise in API testing using Rest Assured or Karate.
• Strong proficiency in writing sophisticated SQL queries and database automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins.
• Familiarity with version control (Git, Bitbucket) and issue tracking (JIRA, ALM).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-distributed team environments and short sprints.
• Knowledge of Microfocus ALM.
