Description

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and scalable test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reusable test automation frameworks using Page Object Model and Data-Driven patterns.
• Create and execute automated regression and functional test suites for web applications.
• Perform API testing using Rest Assured and validate backend data using SQL queries.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines and analyze test results to identify defects.
• Participate in test planning, strategy discussions, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Strong programming skills in Java and hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience with TestNG or JUnit for test execution and management.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman or Rest Assured.
• Knowledge of SQL for database validation and backend testing.
• Experience with Maven or Gradle for build management and Git for version control.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA for defect tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with hybrid or keyword-driven framework architectures.
