Description

You will own end-to-end integration testing and quality assurance for a healthcare data warehouse environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create test models, including plans, data, and scripts, for release testing.
• Design and develop scalable automation test scripts and document framework designs.
• Execute system testing of Ad-Hoc Query Packages in Cognos using SQL joins, filters, and calculations.
• Identify, triage, and manage defects through to closure using structured troubleshooting.
• Define release test plans, user acceptance criteria, and entry/exit criteria.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and the SDLC.
• Strong expertise in Selenium, Java, and Python for test automation.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and tools like TOAD and Oracle SQL Developer.
• Hands-on experience with EDI, HIPAA, PHI, and NCPDP testing requirements.
• Experience testing healthcare processes including Claims, Eligibility, Membership, and Enrollment.
• Ability to design automation frameworks using JUnit, TestNG, or REST Assured.
• Knowledge of UNIX, AWS, and command-line tools like WinSCP and Putty.
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA, HP LoadRunner, and Cognos.
• Skill in using XPath and CSS Selectors for element identification.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in government or healthcare settings working with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS).
• Experience with data quality, remediation, and complex data mapping or conversions.
