Description

Lead testing activities and manage a team within a healthcare domain environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Initiate test planning activities for test case design and facilitate team review meetings to incorporate feedback.
• Monitor testing progress by assessing resource workloads and re-allocating tasks as necessary.
• Present status updates to stakeholders and management to communicate progress.
• Develop risk mitigation plans to address potential project delays.

Required Skills

• 6 to 8 years of experience in testing and healthcare domains.
• 2+ years of experience in team management.
• Proficiency with Selenium, JMeter, and SoapUI.
• Experience with UTFm and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI-CD and DevOps for test script integration.
• Experience with Healthcare Payor processes including Claims, Enrollment, Membership, Customer Service, or Finance.
• Familiarity with coding standards such as SNOMED CT, LOINC, and ICD-10.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools like JIRA and Quality Center.
