Description

Lead quality engineering efforts by developing automated scripts and test frameworks within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce automated software QE strategies, practices, and processes.
• Manage a small team of 2-5 people through the complete SDLC, from test case creation to closure.
• Own the defect management process, including defining and enhancing documentation and the TAR lifecycle.
• Create automation test strategies and test plans for low and medium complexity applications.
• Maintain test coverage matrices and devise regression testing approaches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA and Selenium Testing.
• Proven experience managing or overseeing a technical QE team.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC and defect management processes.
• Ability to estimate effort for low and medium complexity applications using standard estimation techniques.
• Experience defining device coverage for applications.
• Ability to manage deliverables regarding time, price, and quality.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring or coaching team members.
• Ability to define automation strategies considering business needs and ROI.
