Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of application engineers and BSP developers to deliver high-quality embedded solutions.
• Act as the primary technical interface for customers to ensure successful product integration and timely resolution of technical challenges.
• Oversee development and optimization of Board Support Packages, including bootloaders, device drivers, and OS integration.
• Collaborate with SoC design, software, validation, and product engineering teams to diagnose issues and deliver robust releases.
• Define application engineering and BSP strategies for new product introductions and market expansion.

Experience Required:

• 10-15 years of experience in semiconductor applications engineering or embedded systems development.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing application engineering or BSP teams.
• Strong experience in BSP development and embedded platform ownership.
• Hands-on expertise in SoC application engineering and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of Embedded Linux and RTOS environments.
• Experience in C/C++ based embedded development, debugging, and hardware/software integration.
