Description

Lead the BSP and embedded software strategy for semiconductor products, managing a team of engineers and serving as the primary technical interface for customer integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of application engineers and BSP developers to deliver high-quality embedded solutions.
• Oversee development and optimization of Board Support Packages, including bootloaders, device drivers, and OS integration.
• Act as the primary technical interface for customers, ensuring successful product integration and timely resolution of technical challenges.
• Collaborate with SoC design, software, validation, and product engineering teams to diagnose issues and deliver robust releases.
• Define application engineering and BSP strategies for new product introductions and market expansion.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in semiconductor applications engineering or embedded systems development.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing application engineering or BSP teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in BSP development, SoC application engineering, and system integration.
• Deep knowledge of Embedded Linux and RTOS environments.
• Proficiency in C/C++ based embedded development, debugging, and hardware/software integration.
• Experience with bootloader and device driver optimization.

Preferred Skills

• M.E., B.Tech, M.Tech (Dual), B.E., or B.Tech degree.
