Description

You will design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using Ab Initio.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Code, test, debug, and document Ab Initio Graphs within the GDG environment.
• Design and deliver end-to-end ETL process development using Ab Initio components.
• Optimize batch jobs by applying partitioning techniques and performance tuning.
• Manage code deployment, including tag creation and check-in/check-out processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL process development with Ab Initio.
• In-depth knowledge of all Ab Initio components.
• Proficiency in Unix shell scripting.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and technologies.
• Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools.
• Experience with the Agile methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of TeraData or Netezza.
• Knowledge of Python scripting.
• Experience with Data modelling.
