Description

Lead Ab Initio ETL development, system enhancements, and mentoring for the data engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL applications using Ab Initio, Metadata Hub, and related technologies.
• Design and implement software solutions by applying fundamental programming language knowledge.
• Consult with stakeholders to define system enhancements and recommend programming solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive testing, debugging, and vulnerability analysis to ensure security and stability.
• Mentor junior analysts and serve as a technical subject matter expert for senior stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
• Expert-level proficiency with Ab Initio ETL tools.
• Strong experience with Metadata Hub implementation and management.
• Proficiency in core programming languages for data processing.
• Experience with testing, debugging, and script tools.
• Proven track record in managing and implementing successful software projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vulnerability analysis and security issue resolution.
• Consulting techniques and project management methodologies.
• Ability to coach and advise junior team members.
