Own the full hardware design lifecycle for access point products, from initial concept through mass production.

Responsibilities

• Drive hardware engineering workflows to ensure product viability and timely delivery.
• Manage design iterations and technical execution within ODM and JDM models.
• Oversee the entire hardware design process, ensuring seamless transition from prototype to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with partners to resolve technical challenges and optimize hardware performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in hardware engineering.
• Proven track record of taking hardware products from concept to mass production.
• Direct experience working with ODM or JDM partners.
• Strong understanding of hardware design principles and lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
