You will own the execution and strategy for digital accessibility compliance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional accessibility projects.
• Conduct accessibility audits and gap assessments.
• Define and drive remediation strategies for identified issues.
• Train and collaborate with design, development, content, and QA teams on accessibility practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1+, ADA, and Section 508 standards.
• Hands-on experience using tools such as Axe, WAVE, and Lighthouse.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an accessibility perspective.
• Proven ability to translate accessibility standards into actionable engineering tasks.
