You will own the accessibility strategy and implementation for inclusive digital experiences. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Identify and fix accessibility issues across design and code.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to integrate accessibility standards.
• Prototype solutions and lead accessibility innovation efforts.
• Advocate for accessibility compliance with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep knowledge of WCAG standards and compliance requirements.
• Expertise in ARIA implementation and semantic HTML.
• Proficiency in React.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Ability to build inclusive digital experiences from the ground up.
