Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Drive business development through structured sales processes.
• Negotiate contracts and manage Statements of Work (SOW).
• Oversee managed services and MSP delivery requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in account management or sales.
• Proven track record managing enterprise accounts.
• Experience with Managed Services and MSP models.
• Proficiency in CRM software and CRM workflows.
• Strong negotiation skills for contract and SOW management.
• Deep understanding of sales processes.
• Experience in IT staffing or technical services.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
