You will manage and expand client accounts within the recruitment and talent acquisition sector across the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new clients, logos, and accounts through your existing professional network.
- Drive new business acquisition by scouting opportunities and leading pitches, presentations, and negotiations.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets evolving client needs.
- Implement retention strategies and proactively resolve client concerns to foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management regarding account growth and performance.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client acquisition, or business development.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts within the talent acquisition industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and onboarding.
- Strong negotiation and business development skills focused on the UK and European markets.
- Strategic thinking skills to assess market trends and client requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet performance targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
