Description

You will manage and expand client accounts within the recruitment and talent acquisition sector across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard new clients, logos, and accounts through your existing professional network.
  • Drive new business acquisition by scouting opportunities and leading pitches, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets evolving client needs.
  • Implement retention strategies and proactively resolve client concerns to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management regarding account growth and performance.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client acquisition, or business development.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts within the talent acquisition industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and onboarding.
  • Strong negotiation and business development skills focused on the UK and European markets.
  • Strategic thinking skills to assess market trends and client requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet performance targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
