You will manage complex accounting functions and financial analysis for multiple entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and audit coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations for multiple entities.
• Analyze transaction effects and verify correct accounting treatments.
• Conduct preliminary financial statement reviews to ensure accuracy for business units.
• Coordinate the annual financial audit process.
• Manage and improve internal accounting processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of related accounting work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Google Suite and various financial systems.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret data to develop solutions for non-recurring problems.
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional reporting.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet strict assignment deadlines.
