Description

You will manage full-cycle accounting operations, financial reporting, and project cost analysis for the organization and sister entities.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and execute journal entries.
• Manage capital asset records and schedule accurate depreciation.
• Compile monthly and quarterly financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets, projections, and analyze variances.
• Liaise with external auditors to provide data for annual financial examinations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency with accounting software, specifically Bid2Win and Procore.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting protocols.
• Ability to manage project accounting and budget forecasting.
• Experience supporting Accounts Receivable operations and conducting project-specific cost analysis.
