Description

You will manage complex bank accounts, month-end submissions, and time-sensitive reporting processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform cash reconciliations by comparing bank statements against ledger reports to finalize month-end closings.
• Prepare and post monthly accrual and reclassification entries for assigned reconciliations.
• Execute general accounting functions including O2C, IC, FA, Lease, Commission, and Bank processes.
• Coordinate with Cash Application, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Operations to ensure smooth workflows.
• Liaise with Controllers and stakeholders to resolve accounting queries and escalate issues.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in general accounting, reconciliation, and month-end closure.
• Proficiency in ERP software such as NetSuite, Oracle R12, or SAP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
• B.Com graduation or MBA in Finance with a strong accounting background.
• Ability to analyze pending reconciling items and communicate findings effectively.
• Capacity to manage voluminous data and meet critical timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of OneStream or Blackline.
