You will manage a diverse portfolio of medium to large companies, high net worth individuals, and family businesses while executing compliance work and providing technical mentorship.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge BAS, financial statements, and tax returns for diverse client portfolios.
• Perform account reconciliation and compile financial statements with high accuracy.
• Mentor junior staff by reviewing their work and providing technical feedback.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients across various sectors.
• Travel to client premises in Melbourne as required.

Required Skills

• CPA or CA qualification.
• 5+ years of local accounting experience.
• Expertise in account reconciliation.
• Experience in the compilation of financial statements.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills.
