You will own the oversight of accounting and financial tasks for small business clients.

Responsibilities

• Review bookkeeping and accounting work for small business clients.
• Oversee monthly accounting, cleanup tasks, and year-end preparation.
• Handle compilation engagements and one review engagement.
• Manage multiple client files and deadlines concurrently.

Required Skills

• Strong accounting knowledge and technical skill set.
• Recent public accounting experience with small business clients.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, compilation engagements, and reviews.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, UltraTax, and Canopy.
• Proven ability to handle small business accounting files end-to-end.
• Experience reviewing others' work and providing constructive feedback.
• Clear communication skills for client interaction.

Preferred Skills

• CPA designation.
