Description

You will manage the general ledger and oversee the accuracy of financial reporting for our Tampa-based operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Execute month-end close procedures to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Perform internal controls assessments and identify process improvements.
• Participate in the budgeting process and conduct variance analysis.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• CPA or CMA certification.
