You will provide strategic support to optimize acquisition functions for Program Management Offices within the Enterprise Contracts Office.
Responsibilities
Summarize complex cost and schedule data for briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Develop acquisition program strategy improvements and present findings to management.
Execute pre-acquisition activities including market research and drafting Acquisition Strategies and Source Selection Plans.
Improve the quality of government artifacts such as Statements of Work (SOWs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), and Acquisition Plans.
Support services-based acquisition programs providing Contractor Full-Time Equivalent (CFTE) support.
Required Skills
Active TS/SCI security clearance.
7+ years of experience supporting US Government acquisition programs (or 12 years substituting for a related degree).
Expertise managing Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M), and Multi-Award IDIQs.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Access using relational data techniques.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Site Administration.
Proven ability to draft technical acquisition artifacts and conduct market research.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SharePoint enabling technologies including Nintex Forms, HTML, CSS, and jQuery/JavaScript.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Robotic Process Automation.
