Description

Lead development and customization of the Actimize ActOne Case Manager, including workflows, case lifecycle, and disposition processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and extend ActOne features such as views, alert-to-case processing, and business logic.
• Design and develop custom UI components and enhancements using ReactJS and JavaScript.
• Build and integrate REST APIs to support case enrichment, workflow orchestration, and external system integrations.
• Own assigned development tasks and ensure timely delivery aligned with release cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Actimize platform, specifically ActOne Case Manager.
• Proficiency in ReactJS and JavaScript for UI customization and extensions.
• Strong SQL and data integration knowledge.
• Experience configuring workflows, queues, and business logic within Actimize.
• Understanding of SDLC and release management.
• Experience supporting compliance or surveillance initiatives.
