Description

You will manage and optimize Active Directory infrastructure and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory and Citrix infrastructure.
• Manage and troubleshoot Citrix NetScaler for load balancing, SSL offloading, and secure remote access.
• Monitor Citrix environment health, performance, and availability to ensure optimal user experience.
• Resolve technical issues regarding application delivery, profile management, and Citrix components.
• Implement security best practices and conduct performance tuning and capacity planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Active Directory and Citrix Engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, StoreFront, and NetScaler/ADC.
• Proficiency with Windows File Sharing, NTFS permissions, and DFS Namespace.
• Knowledge of SMTP e-mail relay servers, Microsoft IIS-SMTP, Office 365, or Exchange.
• Familiarity with Azure File Shares and Azure File Sync technologies.
• Experience with Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and RDS Licensing.
• Understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Solid grasp of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA-V) or higher.
