Maintain calendar, coordinate scheduling, filter and manage commitments
Arrange domestic and international travel
Coordinate special projects and events: Offsite events, social and team building activities, client and staff meetings
Plan and support quarterly All Hands and team onsite
Process business expenses and purchase orders on behalf of the Senior Directors
Regularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide back up for vacation/illness
Assist direct staff and others in the department as needed
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong attention to detail while working effectively with minimal direction
Clear and concise executive level communication
Ability to remain flexible, embrace change and manage expectations in ambiguous or challenging situations
Handles confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion
Can juggle multiple demands simultaneously, from the mundane to the more strategic and prioritize conflicting requests and deadlines
Ability to travel occasionally to provide on-site support at events/conferences
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools (Slack, email, calendaring)
Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
