Description

You will lead the design and management of Real-Time Customer Profiles, identity stitching, and XDm schemas within the Adobe ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and orchestrate omnichannel customer journeys using triggers, conditions, and actions within AJO.
• Integrate AEP with external data sources and APIs to enable audience segmentation and activation.
• Configure offer decisioning and delivery via JSON-based APIs, including integration with CITSLE APIs.
• Develop and optimize campaign strategies across batch, triggered, and scheduled workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot API transactions and offer delivery workflows to ensure scalable communication.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Expertise in JSON-based API integrations for offer delivery.
• Deep understanding of customer journey orchestration and real-time data triggers.
• Proficiency with SQL and JavaScript.
• Experience managing data privacy and compliance requirements, including GDPR and CASL.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Experience with AEP.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certified Expert in Journey Optimizer or AEP.
• Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
• Background in digital marketing, CRM, or customer experience design.
