You will lead Adobe ecosystem implementations and manage technical teams to deliver large-scale enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product owners to define requirements, build roadmaps, and plan work increments.
• Manage and mentor direct reports, identifying growth areas and driving continuous engineering improvement.
• Coordinate with vendor resources and third-party suppliers to optimize daily operations.
• Oversee work assignment to ensure application quality, availability, and efficient team performance.
• Collaborate with executive technology leaders and business partners to drive organizational impact.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant IT experience with at least 5 years in people management.
• 5+ years of experience in onshore/offshore coordination.
• Expertise in AEM Cloud development, customization, configuration, and architecture.
• Proficiency with AEM Assets, Sites, Workfront, and AJO.
• Experience automating and optimizing workflows using Adobe Workfront.
• Strong knowledge of DAM principles, metadata standards, and taxonomy management.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node, and React.
• Technical proficiency in Sling APIs, OSGI services, and schedulers.
• Experience developing custom integrations with ERP, CRM, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
