Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics projects, including data exploration and predictive modeling.
• Define the analytical roadmap to align with business objectives.

• Develop and deploy machine learning algorithms and statistical models.
• Mentor junior analysts on data collection and integration best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data mining, and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and machine learning.
• Strong command of SQL for working with large, complex datasets.
• Deep understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
