Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of web content solutions using Adobe AEM to meet complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical WCM solutions and architectural models.
• Evaluate infrastructure capacity, performance, and future requirements to prepare technical proposals.
• Assess non-functional requirements including availability, backup, redundancy, scalability, and cost models.
• Design and integrate third-party systems with Adobe CQ within the overall architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team while contributing hands-on to implementation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience designing and deploying Java/J2EE solutions on JCR-based WCM products.
• 5+ years of core experience developing digital consumer experiences using Adobe AEM or similar WCM/ECM suites.
• 5+ years of experience with multi-site/multi-channel delivery, personalization, content aggregation, and automated workflows.
• Expertise in CMS Design, CRX, CQ WCM, and DAM.
• Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL.
• Strong proficiency in Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Sling, JCR, JSW-170/283, JSW-168/286, and Apache Felix for OSGi bundle development.
• Mastery of XML, XHTML, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and RESTful web services.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Day CQ foundational concepts, including CRX repository, templates, components, and dialogs.
• Experience with Agile Development Methodology or acting as a Scrum Master.
