Description

Lead customer-facing AEM development and CMS migration programs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, architecture, and execution of CMS migration programs.
• Lead AEM development using JCR-based WCM products and design application architectures using Java and Sling.
• Implement personalization scenarios including geo-targeting and device-based content adaptation.
• Perform requirement analysis and create conceptual, logical, and detailed designs.
• Manage content rendering on presentation layers.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of core experience with AEM 6.x and AEM Sites.
• 5 years of Java programming experience.
• Proven track record of managing at least two CMS migration programs.
• Experience with headless CMS solutions and content rendering via React or Angular.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS (HTML5/CSS3), and JavaScript frameworks for responsive adaptive sites.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments.
• Competency in AEM Assets and Dynamic Media.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and SPA Frameworks.
• Background in general security, performance, and accessibility best practices.
