Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and guidance to FE and BE AEM developers.
• Perform code reviews and establish coding standards for AEM teams.
• Define and measure team capacity to ensure efficient delivery.
• Manage the team backlog to prioritize feature development and bug fixes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 5+ completed AEM projects.
• Certified AEM Developer.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs and team workflows.
• History of setting and enforcing code standards.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Approaching AEM Architect certification.
