Description

Lead the architecture, development, and management of large-scale enterprise AEM Cloud applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define feature requirements and build product roadmaps in collaboration with product owners.
• Partner with business and development teams to prioritize technical problems and implement new capabilities.
• Manage vendor resources and third-party suppliers to optimize day-to-day operations and application availability.
• Develop custom scripts and integrations with ERP, CRM, and other Adobe products to ensure seamless data flow.
• Oversee capacity planning, continuous performance improvements, and infrastructure planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant IT work experience, including 5+ years in people management.
• Strong proficiency in AEM Cloud development, customization, configuration, and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of AEM Assets, Sites, Workfront, AJO, Sling APIs, Schedulers, and OSGI services.
• Expertise in Java Applications and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node, and React.
• Proven experience automating development workflows using Adobe Workfront.
• Extensive experience in architecture design, deployment, and systems life cycle management.
• 5+ years of onshore/offshore coordination experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer experience management, data integration, and analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital asset management (DAM), metadata standards, and taxonomy management.
• BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
