Description

Lead the architecture, development, and management of large-scale enterprise AEM cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom scripts and integrations between AEM and enterprise tools like ERP, CRM, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Manage AEM cloud architecture, including Assets, Sites, AJO, Sling APIs, Schedulers, and OSGI services.
• Automate and optimize development workflows using Adobe Workfront.
• Execute capacity planning and continuous performance improvements to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate technical delivery between onshore and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant IT work experience.
• 5+ years in people management.
• Expertise in AEM cloud development, customization, and configuration.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node, and React.
• In-depth knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) principles, metadata standards, and taxonomy.
• Strong background in architecture design, deployment, and systems life cycle management.
• Experience with data integration, analytics, and customer experience management.
• Solid foundation in design, data structures, algorithms, and debugging.
• Ability to make rapid technical decisions under high-pressure constraints.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing digital asset management in an enterprise environment.
