Description

You will build and maintain accessible, high-performance web applications on the Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable, responsive AEM components using HTML5, HTL, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Ensure all UI components meet WCAG 2.1+ accessibility standards and optimize site performance and SEO.
• Translate UX/UI designs into pixel-perfect functional equivalents by collaborating with design teams.
• Integrate frontend code with AEM components, templates, and xfs, coordinating with backend developers.
• Configure client libraries, optimize Webpack build pipelines, and write frontend unit tests using Jest.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• Strong proficiency in HTML, HTL, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, and JSON.
• Experience with frontend frameworks including Angular and React, and Node.js.
• Proficiency with Cypress and Percy for frontend testing.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern frontend build tools like Webpack.
• Familiarity with clientlibs and enforcing standards using ESLint, Stylelint, and Prettier.
• Experience integrating frontend code with Sling Models and JSON APIs.
• Understanding of AEM Core Components, Editable Templates, Style System, and Adobe Frontend Pipeline.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Dispatcher, caching, and CDN strategies alongside general performance optimization.
• Experience handling multiple AEM Site themes and responsive/mobile-optimized design.
