Job Overview: The Senior Agentic Platform Engineer will be responsible for building, prototyping, and scaling AI-powered workflows and agentic solutions across enterprise systems. The role focuses on integrating AI tools, APIs, and enterprise platforms to rapidly develop and iterate solutions, evaluate technical feasibility, and enable scalable AI-driven automation within business process and sales operations environments.
Requirement/Must Have: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as solutions engineering, technical consulting, or systems integration. Strong understanding of full-stack architecture including frontend, backend, APIs, and databases. Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Python, and/or Node.js. Strong experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into applications using APIs. Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations and data flows. Experience using LLM tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar for development and automation. Strong ability to work independently in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
Experience: Experience building AI-powered workflows and rapid prototypes using enterprise tools and APIs. Experience writing scripts, automations, and integration glue code between systems. Experience evaluating technical feasibility of AI use cases and recommending solutions. Experience integrating applications with LLMs for response handling and feature development. Experience turning prototypes into scalable, reusable enterprise tools. Experience working with enterprise platforms such as MCPs or internal AI tooling ecosystems. Experience collaborating across technical and business teams to deliver solutions. Experience in prototyping-first development environments with fast iteration cycles. Experience in maintaining and scaling reusable automation or AI tools.
Responsibilities: Build and prototype AI-powered workflows using enterprise tools, MCPs, and APIs. Develop scripts, automations, and integration logic to connect enterprise systems. Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on user feedback. Evaluate technical feasibility of AI use cases and recommend build vs. escalation decisions. Assess new AI tools and determine fit within enterprise ecosystem and governance standards. Integrate AI solutions with business systems across BPR and Sales operations. Convert one-off prompt solutions into reusable and scalable tools. Maintain and evolve the process repository as a living product. Ensure reliability and robustness of AI solutions including edge case handling. Stay current on enterprise AI platforms, tools, and approved technologies.
Should Have: Experience working in large enterprise environments with existing tool ecosystems. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, pandas, or DuckDB. Experience in Sales Operations, CRM, or enterprise business systems.
