Drive agile transformation and methodology adoption across multiple teams within a large enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train multiple teams on Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Implement Scrum and project management practices to improve delivery.
• Lead agile transitions within a large enterprise organization.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and continuous improvement processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Scrum and Project Management.
• 5+ years of experience applying Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience in direct Agile coaching and training.
• Extensive experience acting as an Agile Coach for large enterprise organizations.
• Deep knowledge of SAFe frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage complex project lifecycles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe certifications including Agilist, Practitioner, SPC, or Release Train Engineer.
• Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) credential.
• Experience with Appian, Informatica, or other low-code platforms.
