Description

Lead enterprise-wide Agile transformations and drive organizational agility through hands-on coaching and training.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Agile training models, learning paths, and playbooks for teams and leadership.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Kanban Coaches, and Product Owners to improve backlog management and role autonomy.
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Syncs, and Quarterly Planning events to ensure alignment.
• Build custom Jira dashboards, reports, and filters to track performance metrics and capacity planning.
• Identify and remove systemic organizational impediments to optimize value delivery.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Agile Coaching, Agile Transformation, or Enterprise Agile adoption.
• Deep expertise in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM).
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence, including custom dashboard and filter creation.
• Proven experience coaching leadership and managing stakeholder engagement.
• Strong background in training development and facilitation for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement cycles.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe SPC, SAFe Program Consultant, or ICP-ACC certifications.
