Drive enterprise-wide Agile transformation and coaching for product teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Roll out the intake process across TTS.
• Drive prioritization efforts based on business value and OKRs.
• Coach product teams on translating goals into outcome-oriented ways of working.
• Build analytical models and processes for organizational implementation.
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate communication across the enterprise.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• PM/PO certification (required).
• Strong understanding of the PM/PO role and its functions.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Analytical skills for process and model development.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
