Description
Lead large-scale agile transformations and manage delivery across the SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Establish or manage Agile Transformation Offices, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), or Communities of Practice (CoPs).
- Drive product management practices including backlog maintenance for Epics, Features, and Stories.
- Convert user needs into actionable Features and Stories to ensure consistent value delivery.
- Measure progress using agile metrics at the team, program, and product levels.
- Manage workflows using Scrum, Kanban, and program-level boards.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in SDLC and IT project, program, or delivery management.
- 3-5 years of experience specifically as an Agile Coach.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Agile Coaching certification (ICAgile, Scrum Alliance, or equivalent).
- Scaling framework certification (SAFe-SPC, SAFe-RTE, Scrum@Scale Practitioner, or equivalent).
- Scrum or Kanban certification (CSM, SAFe-SM, PSP, or equivalent).
- Proficiency with ALM tools including ADO Boards, Jira, Jira Align, Digital.ai Agility (VersionOne), Rally, Clarity, or ServiceNow.
- Experience with collaboration tools like Teams, Slack, Miro, Mural, and MS Office/360.
Preferred Skills
- Experience leading transformations in complex, multi-team environments.
