Description

You will serve as a Servant Leader and Agile Coach for cross-functional development teams, driving engineering excellence and delivery visibility.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and PI events.
• Drive engineering excellence through technical practices such as TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and automation.
• Manage delivery visibility using dashboards and metrics like velocity, lead time, and quality KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align delivery with customer-centric value.
• Resolve dependencies across teams and ARTs in coordination with the Release Train Engineer.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master in healthcare diagnostics or biotech.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certifications.
• Deep domain knowledge of healthcare or laboratory processes.
• Proven experience leading agile teams in a distributed onshore-offshore model.
• Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Mural.
• Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
• Proficiency in SDLC, DevOps concepts, and Agile metrics.
• Experience with user story mapping, prioritization techniques, and estimation activities.
