Description

You will lead and coach multiple teams on Scrum practices and Agile principles to drive value delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach teams on Scrum practices and the application of Agile principles.
• Facilitate Agile routines including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Remove roadblocks and impediments by connecting processes across the Enterprise Credit Risk technology landscape.
• Represent development teams in Agile, governance, and status-related forums.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Expertise as a SCRUM Master with proven ability to manage decisions, issues, and risks within a sprint cycle.
• Proficiency with JIRA for team management.
• Experience using SharePoint for collaboration and documentation.
• Strong facilitation skills to promote communication and collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
