Description

You will manage technical project delivery using hybrid waterfall and agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and estimate project delivery within hybrid environments.
• Track and report project milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and issues by defining mitigation efforts and escalating impacts.
• Oversee daily progress of digital projects regarding time, budget, scope, and quality.
• Ensure development processes for planning, implementation, and testing are followed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and acting as a Scrum Master on complex projects.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Hands-on experience managing ceremonies, planning, and dependency management.
• Proven ability to identify critical decision points and project risks.
• Experience working within a PMO framework.
• Ability to influence cross-collaborative teams in a highly-matrixed organization.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills for all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FE development, Content Management Solutions, and Retail Programs.
