Description

Must-Have Skills: 8+ years in software engineering, BI, analytics, or AI application development. Strong Microsoft Fabric experience: OneLake, Lakehouse/Warehouse, Power BI Semantic Models & Embedded. Knowledge of Fabric IQ, ontologies, business entities, relationships, and semantic layers. Strong React 18/19, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST API development. Experience with AI-powered analytics, conversational reporting, natural language, and automated insights. Azure OpenAI/LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, semantic search, and AI evaluation. Strong SQL; Python or C# preferred. Experience with report rationalization, KPI definition, data lineage, and semantic modeling. Ability to prototype 2–3 AI-powered reports and convert requirements into a delivery backlog. Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills. Responsibilities: Lead discovery workshops and assess existing reporting solutions. Develop AI-powered report prototypes using React, Power BI Embedded, and Microsoft Fabric. Design reusable AI, semantic model, React, and reporting architecture patterns. Integrate enterprise data while maintaining security and data lineage. Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps. Establish standards for AI, reporting, testing, governance, accessibility, and responsible AI. Support modernization of a large-scale reporting estate and measure business outcomes
