You will own the technical direction for AI architecture, model integration, and system delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI pipelines using Databricks components including Delta, Unity Catalog, MLflow, and Model Serving.
• Integrate GenAI platforms (Mosaic AI, Genie, Azure OpenAI) and orchestrate them via MCP Server for NL→SQL and conversational intelligence.
• Implement governed, cost-optimized MLOps pipelines covering retraining, lineage, and observability.
• Build multi-agent architectures combining text, tabular, and image models.
• Collaborate with UI teams to integrate model outputs into Databricks web apps using React.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in AI/ML or Data Science.
• 3+ years experience on Databricks.
• Proven experience with LLM-driven architectures such as RAG and NL→SQL.
• Strong background designing multi-modal, scalable, cost-efficient AI systems.
• Experience deploying MCP Server for multi-agent GenAI orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, Delta Lake, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Unity Catalog, and MLflow.
• Experience with GenAI tools like Mosaic AI, Genie, and Azure OpenAI.
• Understanding of governance, RBAC, and lineage enforcement.
