Description

You will align AI strategy with business objectives and lead architectural design for digital transformation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of AI best practices, policies, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with data scientists to identify and pilot use cases for digital transformation.
• Gather requirements from business users, security, data engineers, and IT operations.
• Pair with development teams to accelerate POC development and resolve technical challenges.
• Design and implement new architectural standards while maximizing technical efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 14 years of total work experience.
• Expertise in ML and deep learning pipeline architectures and workflow trade-offs.
• Deep knowledge of data management, governance, model building, and production workflows.
• Proficiency with Python, SAS, and R.
• Experience with ML and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques including random forest and neural networks.
• Experience with big data and modern data warehouse architectures.
• Strong understanding of software and application design and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and microservice design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare IT experience.
• AWS/Azure Solution Architect/Engineer/Practitioner, FHIR, or SCRUM certifications.
• Experience with Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
