Description

You will design and maintain intelligent chatbots and AI agents using Moveworks Agent Studio and Glean Agents to support enterprise-wide use cases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize conversational AI workflows and natural language understanding models to enhance agent responsiveness and contextual accuracy.
• Develop APIs and backend microservices to support AI solutions integration with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft 365.
• Build and manage Python-based automation scripts and backend services to streamline internal business operations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI agent performance through regular analysis and fine-tuning based on analytics and feedback.
• Mentor junior developers and interns in AI technologies, providing guidance and training sessions.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of software development or IT automation experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Moveworks, Glean, or similar conversational AI platforms.
• Proficient in Python for scripting and automation workflows.
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts, intent recognition, and AI model training/evaluation.
• Experience with REST APIs, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Apps.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to manage end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering through post-production support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise ITSM systems like ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms such as the Power Platform.
