Description

You will design, develop, and maintain intelligent chatbots and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Python-based automation scripts, backend services, and microservices supporting AI workflows.
• Implement and optimize LLM-powered solutions, focusing on prompt engineering and conversational design.
• Apply agentic AI concepts, including tool usage, multi-step reasoning, and Model Context Protocol.
• Develop REST APIs and backend services to integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems like ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft 365.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI agent performance using analytics and feedback loops.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in software development, automation, or AI roles with a focus on conversational AI.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of Agentic AI patterns and orchestration.
• Competence in Prompt Engineering.
• Ability to build and manage REST APIs.
• Familiarity with NLP principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms like Moveworks or Glean.
• Exposure to LLMOps for production AI system monitoring.
