You will lead enterprise AI strategy and implement large-scale data and analytics platforms within the healthcare industry.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Integrate responsible AI controls, model risk management, and explainability into delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to assess emerging AI technologies like LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic workflows.
• Cultivate AI literacy and adoption across the enterprise through effective change management.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience leading enterprise AI strategy.
• Demonstrated success implementing large-scale data and analytics platforms.
• Experience with AI and ML technologies.
• Expertise in designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions.
• Familiarity with responsible AI controls and model risk management.
• Experience integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Background in clinical, life science, or Healthcare industry domains.
