Description

You will lead the development of predictive models, risk assessments, fraud detection, and recommendation engines using advanced analytics.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end solutions including dataset preparation, predictive modeling, and model optimization.
• Lead complex projects with multiple deliverables, managing work plans from inception to execution.
• Communicate analytical findings and business impact through data storytelling and visualization to stakeholders and leadership.
• Evaluate the technical work of peer and junior data scientists to ensure deliverable quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate across business and analytical domains to identify technical opportunities and improve existing solutions.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in a related analytical role.
• Proven track record of designing and developing predictive models in real-world applications.
• Strong experience in data analysis, machine learning, and AI development.
• Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and analytics.
• Experience with model performance evaluation and optimization for accuracy and efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI platforms and tools.
• Expertise in data visualization and summarizing findings for business users.
• BS degree in a STEM major or equivalent discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
• Experience with neural networks, natural language processing, or big data architectures.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry or contributions to open-source AI projects.
