Description

You will design and build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models and agentic protocols to solve complex business challenges.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI applications using LLMs, AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI applications, covering development, testing, performance, security, scalability, and UX from prototype to production.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor AI trends and recommend relevant tool adoption.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• Advanced programming skills in Python.
• Expertise in developing AI-powered applications.
• Experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LLaMA).
• Knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, SciKit-learn).
• Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and protocols (MCP, A2A protocol).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of LLM architectures.
• Experience with lifecycle management for AI models (training, validation, deployment, monitoring).
• Familiarity with DevOps/AIOps practices.
